CUSTOM COMMISSION POLICY
To request a custom piece be made to your specific design, first send us a message with a detailed description of what you would like to accomplish so we can determine it’s feasibility. Once a final design and color scheme is agreed upon, we will run through a list of all the materials and supplies that will be needed, the price of which will be required up front as a non-refundable security deposit. This is in place as a safety measure for both parties.
If we purchase specific materials and begin production on a very personalized piece and then it is decided by either party to cancel the order, we don't loose money on the initial investment and you won't have paid full price for a piece you no longer want. Once the order is completed you will be notified and the remainder of the price, which covers labor, will be due before shipping.
Average time to complete a commission is 1 to 2 weeks depending on size and complexity. Please contact us with any questions regarding a commission.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All U.S. Domestic shipping is done via 2-3 day priority USPS mail. Shipping costs will be auto calculated at checkout based on total package weight and location.
All sales, custom or otherwise, are final and refunds or exchanges will be accepted only if the item you purchased arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. If either are the case then you will have 30 days to notify us of the error so that we may determine the validity of the claim and best course for correction
